Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account or continuing as a guest, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use ZUNO. By joining, you confirm you are of legal adult age in your country.
Guests who enter the Lounge must also confirm they are 18 or older.
You must provide truthful information about yourself, including your date of birth, gender and marital status.
One person may hold one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
2. Our role as a channel
ZUNO is a neutral channel that connects consenting adults. We do not encourage, endorse or facilitate any illegal, abusive or exploitative activity.
What happens between members after they connect is their own responsibility. ZUNO is not liable for private interactions, meetings or relationships between members.
We do not verify every claim made on a profile. Use your own judgement and stay safe when meeting anyone.
3. Acceptable conduct
Harassment, abuse, blackmail, threats and hate speech are strictly prohibited.
Content involving minors, violence or acts without consent is never allowed and will be reported to the authorities.
Spam, scams, escorting, prostitution, trafficking and any commercial solicitation are prohibited.
Impersonation, fake profiles and catfishing lead to a permanent ban.
Unfair, unlawful or unethical use of the platform is strictly restricted.
4. Privacy and confidentiality
Respect other members' privacy. Do not screenshot, record, leak or share another member's content, photos, videos or messages.
Messages and chats are kept private and encrypted. Do not share private conversations outside the platform.
You may hide your username and choose what to show on your profile. Information you mark as public can be seen by other members.
Some protective features, such as screen capture protection and watermarks, are in place to discourage misuse of content.
5. Your content
You are responsible for the photos, videos, GIFs, text and links you post in your profile, chats, the Lounge and HotShot.
You confirm you own or have the right to share what you upload.
You grant ZUNO permission to store and display your content only to operate the service.
We may remove content that breaks these terms without notice.
6. Blocking and reporting
You can block any member at any time. A blocked member will not appear in your Spark, search or other areas until you unblock them.
Members who are blocked by many other members may be reviewed by our moderators.
Reported accounts are reviewed and may be warned, suspended or removed without notice.
7. Guests
Guest access is limited. Guests can view the Lounge and HotShot, and take part in them, but cannot use every feature.
Guest accounts follow the same conduct rules as all other members.
8. Suspension and removal
We may suspend, ban or delete any account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Some data may be kept where the law requires it.
9. Limitation of liability
ZUNO is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that you will find a match.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZUNO is not responsible for losses arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with other members.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use ZUNO after an update means you accept the new terms.
